SC Cleared Service Architect - ITIL, Cloud, SLAs, KPIs, SIAM, Bids, IT4IT, ITSM, Proposals, Hybrid (2d/w Bath or Swindon) Outside IR35

This is a fantastic SC Cleared Service Architect contract opportunity to join a leading tech company.

The SC Cleared Service Architect contract is Hybrid with 2 days a week in either the Bath or Swindon office.

Active SC clearance is essential a due to the nature of the projects and the contract is Outside IR35.

As SC Cleared Service Architect you will work with internal, client and 3rd party stakeholders overseeing the design of the ITSM services. As SC Cleared Service Architect strong Cloud and infrastructure knowledge are essential as is ITIL, IT4IT and SIAM. The SC Cleared Service Architect must also have strong commercial focussed experience covering proposal, bids, contracts as well as KPIs, SLAs etc. Knowledge of ITSM tolls such as ServiceNow and Autotask are required as SC Cleared Service Architect as is the ability to translate customer requirements into service architecture designs and documentation. As SC Cleared Service Architect strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills are essential.
