Learning Technology Manager/Digital IT Training Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Learning Technology Manager/Digital IT Training Manager to join our London based law firm on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Manage the Learning Technology team, delegating and managing their workload while supporting their professional development.
* Responsible for setting objectives, completing performance reviews and ongoing performance management.
* Determine, deliver, and communicate the Learning Technology instructor led and digital strategy.
* Manage the creation of engaging, innovative, and exciting digital learning videos and instructor led sessions that adhere to best practice methodology.
* Act as a senior advisor to colleagues around the firm including senior stakeholders within L&D, the Knowledge and Innovation teams as well as Compliance and Risk
* Manage the delivery of compliance and security digital training.
* Ensure that digital learning and training focuses on the benefits that software systems bring to the business.
* Identify and assess the technology training needs of the organisation through job analysis, career paths, competencies, the technology product set and consultation with
managers.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:

* Knowledge of typical law firm applications including PMS, document management systems, Microsoft Office, document comparison tools, CRM and time recording an advantage.
* Experience of producing digital learning material in a legal environment (advantageous).
* Excellent administration and Back End knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
* Keeps abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
* Proven experience in implementing and evaluating E-learning and/or trainer led programmes.
