Service Analyst
This position is fix-term contract for the maternity cover
About the role
As the Service Analyst, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of R&D Tech GxP and non- GxP applications, not only ensuring tha t service delivery meets the organizatio n and ITSM standards, but also driving continuous improvement in service processes. The role requires keeping applications in scope compliant, understanding the business and stakeholders needs while keeping the effective re lationships and providing best in class Service Management by promoting ITIL best practices in R&D Tech area .
Key responsibilities
Ensuring respective R&D Tech services and processes are compli ant with related GxP standards and securing synchronization of the ServiceNow baseline to achieve peak operational standards .
Discovering avenues for optimizing service delivery processes, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency while ensuring adherence to compliance and maintaining quality standards .
Collaborating with Service Management lead and team day-to-day to maintain ITSM frameworks to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Tech Service Management.
Fostering connections and building strong relationships with stakeholders, including business owners, product owners, both internal and external Tech team to understand their needs and achieve high standards of R&D Tech Services.
Creating and maintaining controlled governance documentation for applications in scope for service processes and procedures to ensure accura cy and accessibility.
Overseeing vulnerability management activities and coordinating with tech teams and stakeholders to identify, assess, manage and remediate them based on the work frame .
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Good u nderstanding of ITIL based service management processes ( ITIL Foundation v4 certification is a plus )
Proven experience in Tech Service Management, business analysis, or a related role with a focus on Service Improvement & Analysis scope
Hands-on experience working with ITSM platforms (ie ServiceNow) by managing configurations (application, service, server, database) in CMDB
Previous experience with technical do cu mentation creation and maintenance
Familiar with SaaS solutions and cloud-based technology systems
Knowledge of managing end to end lifecycle of vulnerability activities
Preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, compliance, and ITSM practices
Expertise in integrating agile methodologies within professional frameworks
Able to manage multiple tasks and can prioritize effectively to meet timelines
Adaptability to enable flexibility in navigating change and evolving priorities and respecting the timelines
