CoSolutions, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Manager - Enterprise Service Desk for an upcoming opportunity with a United States Army program. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of our award-winning team working as an Information Technology Enterprise Service Desk (IT ESD) Program Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Job Description:
The Help Desk Manager will be responsible for the day to day performance of the work during their shift (day, evening, night) and participate in specified meetings, briefings, conference, seminars and progress reviews. This opportunity will include participation in providing management, technical, cost or schedule information and other advice and assistance to the Contracting Officer.

Summary of Specialized Experience:
Shift Lead experience in Help Desk or Customer Service support, troubleshooting, and technical support via phone, web-based tools, email and the following:

Strong customer service skills such as verbal, interpersonal and written communication.
Ability to interact with senior leadership.
Provide technical support to staff on complex IT issues.
Working knowledge of networks and the interdependencies between networks, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other user platforms.
Solid leadership and motivation skills in order to help lead and drive a very busy Help Desk.
Experience in process of maintaining and improving quality of the Help Desk functionality by participating in the appraisal system, and the Training and Development Plan of staff.
Represent the Help Desk team in cross-functional meetings/reviews.
Run weekly metric reports.

Required Skills/Experience:
B.S. in Computer Science or related field (3 additional years of experience may be traded in lieu of degree).
Current DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
DoD 8570 IAT II Certification (Sec+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Sec, GSEC).
Experience with desktop/laptop operating systems, mobile devices.
Experience supporting Government Asset management activities.

Desired Skills/Experience:
HDI Service Center Analyst certification.
Computer Network Defense - Analyst (CND-A) certification.
Recent Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph.
Experience working in DoD systems such as JWICS, NIPR, SIPR, or NSANet environments.
Experience w Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
Demonstrable experience of utilizing and applying sound business analysis skills.
Active Operating system certification (Microsoft, UNIX/Linux, IOS, etc.).
